Shannon did an amazing job with her Energy Medicine Service-including Reiki and Healing Touch. It was a first time experience for me and I didn't know what to expect. She was very thorough, educational, and calming. The breath work exercises were helpful to strengthen my lungs and overall helped me to relax and relieve tension I had been carrying. I can't wait for my next session and experience more benefits of this Energy Therapy.
